Donate Books For Library (Worldwide)
We are seeking for the donation of books from the general public for our nascent library at Poet Against Child Abus3 (PACA). We are looking for books published before the 20th Century on any topic. However, 20th and 21st Centuries books are welcomed.
PACA, a non-profit organization headquartered in Oyigbo, Rivers State, Nigeria, provides a portal for all people but most especially young people to find inspiration, express their rights, access information and get involved in improving their local and global communities on the fight against Child Abus3. Child Abus3 kills a child faster than the world’s most dreaded virus, the Human Immuno-deficiency Virus (HIV) does, but this many people don’t know. While HIV is a killer virus, Child Abus3 renders a child emotionally, mentally, spiritually and psychologically malnourished as long as that child lives. Rivers state and indeed Nigeria, have a large percentage of unreported Child Abus3 cases against the African unequivocal tradition which centres opinion and decision making in the milieu solely on the elders. Though, PACA is not against any tradition, it is however against any tradition that abuses or represses the child’s right.
