  • Discovering Diplomacy Essay Competition for Seychellois

Foreign Affairs Minister Jean-Paul Adam has launched a Discovering Diplomacy essay competition for Seychellois higher education students.

Mr Adam said the aim of the competition is to involve students in Seychelles’ foreign policy and the vital work of the ministry.

He added that it is a chance for those with an interest in international relations, and possibly a career in diplomacy, to engage with the ministry and show the unique and dynamic perspectives they might have to contribute to their country’s development.

The contest winner will be awarded a six-week paid attachment at the ministry’s Maison Quéau de Quinssy headquarters, which will include a period at a Seychelles embassy abroad.

Further details of the essay competition will be made public and forwarded to the various educational institutions before the end of the month.
